Abstract

|
Lymphangioma circumscriptum was known as very rare disorder in our country. The patient was 28 year old man had been affected grouped papulovesicular lesion on right arm without subjective complaint.
Histopathological finding shows in the upper most portion of the dermis cystically dilated lymph vessels lined by a single layer of endothelium.
They contain coagulated lymph and lymphocytes. Over some of. the lymph cyst it is thinned, elswhere it may show focal acanthosis, hyperkeratosis.
